The Delta Delta Future Fund

Our Beloved Chapter House

From 2004 through 2007 Delta Delta brothers conducted the largest and most successful building and fund raising campaign in fraternity history. The result was our beloved Chapter House at 202 Littleton Street was restored to its original condition along with being modernized with fire-safety sprinklers, two new fire-rated interior exit stairways at the north and south ends of the House, state of the art HVAC systems, wired and wireless high speed internet capabilities, and a modern kitchen.

Maintaining Our Investment

Delta Delta has an outstanding group of brothers serving on the House Corporation. Through their dedicated effort, along with the commitment of the undergraduate chapter, the Sig house is being well maintained. Each summer under the guidance of Butch Brose ’09, the Chapter House is thoroughly cleaned and minor repairs completed. When the undergraduates return to their Sigma Chi home each fall it is in the same or better condition than when Kelly Construction finished their work in July 2007.

Providing For The Future

All building structures deteriorate over time, and we need to have an established fund that will care for replacing what becomes obsolete or worn out. To meet the chapter’s future needs we have created the "Delta Delta Future Fund."

We are hopeful that every Delta Delta alumnus will contribute annually to this fund in order to preserve our Chapter House and our heritage and to provide the unique 202 Littleton living experience to the undergraduates.

A Big Thank You To Our Alumni

We want to thank the brothers who have contributed to the Annual Fund in 2011 and 2012.
